Put on the simulator with the help of an assistant. |

Fix the belt firmly to the rear of the simulator. Align the center of the belt with the center of the simulator. |

The person about to wear the simulator should lie on the practice bed with the knees raised. |

The assistant should take the simulator and apply it to the proper location of the person lying on the bed. |
| 4. |
The person with the simulator applied should ensure that it is in the proper location and secure it by fastening the belt. |
| 5. |
Begin the practice in a desired posture. |

Remove the cap from the top of the simulator. To remove the cap easily, pinch the cap at the recesses on both sides and pull it out. <Fig.1> |

Take an appropriate volume of the artificial stool, and push and insert it into the simulator (the rectal area). <Fig.2> |

Replace the cap on the simulator. Push in the cap so that it is aligned with the surface of the simulator. <Fig.3> |
