1. Put on the waterproof shorts after ensuring its orientation, and secure it by fastening the belt at three locations: waist and both legs. (Self-training is also available with the shorts placed on a dedicated mount.) 2. Take a desired posture on the practice bed. 3. Close the clamp of the drain tube, and place the end of the tube on a tray typically under the bed. 4. Begin the practice after ensuring that the tube end is not out of the tray. The injecting resistance can be adjusted with the clamp. Open the clamp enough to obtain a resistance appropriate for the intended situation. The resistance decreases as the clamp is more opened and increases as it is more closed.

	Precautions (1) Wear rubber gloves during practice since the area around the anus uses material prone to becoming dirty. (2) Use a neutral detergent to wash the area around the anus. (Do not use such a solvent as benzine or thinner because it causes the material to dissolve.) The anal area cannot be removed. (3) The ink of ballpoint pens, magic markers, etc. cannot be removed once it adheres to the shorts. (4) Glycerol can be substituted for the enema. (Water is also acceptable.) (5) Use only the accompanying lubricant. Other products may alter the quality of the material. (6) Although the shorts are made of a waterproof material, applying too much fluid to the shorts may cause a leak from the stitches. (7) This product is a simulator which realizes higher-level training. However, it does not guarantee that the user will achieve the same results in actual treatment as in training. (8) To improve the product, its specifications may be changed without prior notice. Storage (1) Use a neutral detergent to clean the anal area. Wipe moisture off the product with a piece of soft cloth, allow it to sufficiently dry, and store it with the accompanying baby powder lightly applied. (2) Store the product in a dedicated case in a place without direct sunlight or high-temperature and humidity.
